This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may request a refund or cancellation of your subscription to our services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return Policy.

2. Subscription Services

Washradiant offers subscription-based access to our project management software platform. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. All subscription fees are charged in advance for the upcoming billing period.

When you subscribe to our services, you gain access to the features and functionality included in your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

3. Free Trial Period

We offer a free trial period for new customers to evaluate our services before committing to a paid subscription. The duration of the free trial period varies depending on the plan and promotional offers available at the time of registration. During the free trial, you will have access to the full features of your selected plan.

If you decide that our services are not suitable for your needs during the free trial period, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends, and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and your payment method will be charged.

Free trials are limited to one per customer and are intended for evaluation purposes only. We reserve the right to limit or deny free trial access to users who have previously used a free trial or who we believe are abusing the free trial offer.

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under specific circumstances as outlined in this section. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the criteria specified for each refund category.

4.1 Initial Subscription Refund

If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund. This 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment and does not apply to renewal payments or additional services purchased separately.

To request a refund under this policy, you must contact our customer support team within 30 days of your initial subscription payment. You will be required to provide your account information and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

4.2 Service Unavailability

If our services experience significant downtime or unavailability that prevents you from accessing or using the platform for an extended period, you may be eligible for a prorated refund or service credit. Significant downtime is defined as continuous unavailability of our services for more than 24 hours due to issues within our control.

Scheduled maintenance, downtime caused by third-party service providers, or issues resulting from your internet connection or hardware are not considered significant downtime for the purposes of this refund policy.

4.3 Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have been billed for services you did not authorize, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will investigate the issue and, if we determine that a billing error has occurred, we will issue a refund for the incorrect charges.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds under this policy:

5.1 Renewal Payments

Subscription renewal payments are non-refundable. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you must cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period. Cancelling your subscription will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.

5.2 Partial Billing Periods

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription in the middle of a billing period, you will retain access to our services until the end of that billing period, but you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the period.

5.3 Additional Services

Additional services, add-ons, or one-time purchases made separately from your subscription are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase or required by applicable law.

5.4 Violation of Terms

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Use or other policies, you will not be eligible for a refund of any fees paid.

6. Cancellation Process

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to our services until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew, and you will no longer be charged.

To cancel your subscription through your account settings, log in to your account, navigate to the subscription management section, and follow the prompts to cancel. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

If you prefer to cancel by contacting customer support, please provide your account information and request cancellation. Our support team will process your cancellation request and send you a confirmation email.

7. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with the following information: your account email address, the date of the transaction for which you are requesting a refund, and a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy or that we believe are fraudulent or abusive.

8. Downgrades and Upgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account settings. When you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the prorated difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of your current billing period. The new plan rate will apply in full starting with your next billing period.

When you downgrade your plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. You will continue to have access to your current plan features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for downgrades.

9. Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge all fees associated with your subscription to that payment method. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is current and accurate. If a payment fails due to expired or invalid payment information, we may suspend your access to our services until payment is received.

10. Currency and Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions until the next renewal period. We will provide advance notice of any price changes that will affect your subscription.

If you are located outside of Australia, your financial institution may charge currency conversion fees or other international transaction fees. These fees are not included in our subscription prices and are your responsibility.

11. Taxes

Prices listed on our website do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges associated with your subscription. We will collect and remit taxes as required by applicable law.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time if we believe you have violated our Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. If your account is terminated for cause, you will not be eligible for a refund.

13. Data Retention After Cancellation

After you cancel your subscription, we will retain your account data for a limited period to allow you to reactivate your subscription if you choose to do so. After this retention period, your data may be permanently deleted. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information about data retention and deletion.

If you wish to have your data deleted immediately upon cancellation, please contact our customer support team with your request. Please note that once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

14. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
